Implant Position – Where is the Implant Placed?

The Classic Positions
Implant above the breast muscle (subglandular): The implant is placed directly beneath the breast tissue.

- Armpit (transaxillary): Access is discreetly made through the armpit.

This gentle access allows for the most precise positioning of the implant under direct visual control. The fine scar later becomes nearly invisible in the natural skin fold under the breast. From our perspective, this leads to the most beautiful and long-lasting results.
