Frequently asked questions about appointment booking
Always a consultation. You will be examined, we discuss what is possible and where the limits are, and you receive a written cost estimate. A surgery date is only arranged after that.
A detailed conversation about your wishes and expectations, a clinical examination, and clarification of whether and which treatment makes sense for you. On request we can show you before-and-after examples of similar cases. At the end of the consultation you will receive a written cost estimate.
A consultation for surgery takes about 45 minutes, for a non-surgical treatment (injectables, laser, radiofrequency) about 30 minutes. Please allow an extra 15 minutes beforehand for the medical history form. Coffee, tea or water are ready for you – we look forward to seeing you.
Your questions, photos or examples of the result you have in mind, and – if available – previous medical reports and /or surgery reports and a list of your medications.
Yes. Our entire team and our head physician consult and treat in German and English.
Yes, via Zoom – a good first step, especially for patients from abroad or outside Berlin. Before any surgery, an in-person examination at the clinic is still required.

A consultation for a surgical treatment costs €60, for a non-surgical treatment (injectables, laser, radiofrequency) €40.
Yes, that is possible. As our waiting times are long and other patients are also waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask you to reschedule only for important reasons. Up to 48 hours before your appointment you can reschedule or cancel free of charge – easiest by phone or WhatsApp. Serious health reasons are of course always accepted.
